How It Works
Getting set up with the "Powered By CBD.co" service is straightforward and should take up very little of your time, making this a quick win for your business. You will connect your store to ours through use of the Mothership Connect App. Once a customer uses your website to place an order for one of our CBD.co products, an invoice will be sent to you via email. The invoice that is emailed to you will include the cost of each of our products in the order, as well as any shipping costs that are associated with the order. The cost for each product is dependant on the the current MSRP of each item and the margin of profit that was previously agreed to in our contract. The cost of shipping for each order depends on the size of the shipment being made, and its final destination. Shipping rates by both the size of shipment and final destination can be viewed at all times in the Mothership Connect App, and keep in mind these rates are subject to change over time.

Frequently Asked Questions
My first order just came in, what do I do now?
All you have to do is pay the invoice that you are sent, and CBD.co will take care of the order’s fulfillment. The Mothership Connect App is designed to automatically send us the order. We will ship the order out, and then a tracking number will be transferred through the Mothership Connect App back to your end and will be added to your Shopify order. A shipment notification will automatically be sent to your customer via Shopify.
What shopping carts does CBD.co integrate with?
Mothership Connect offers one-click integration with Shopify and the Shopify POS. It possesses an API that can be used to custom integrate with any systems; API docs can be found here. In the near future it will likely have 1-click options for most of the popular online shopping carts.
Can I run sales or promotions on these products?
You can run as many sales or promotions as you would like on the products that we provide through your website and POS. You know the cost of each item and can set them as you would like.
How quickly will my orders get shipped?
If your order is placed before 4pm PST, there is a high likelihood that it will be shipped out on the same day. If you miss this mark and order sometime after 4pm, your order will be shipped out the next day. We ship products seven days a week.
How much does it cost?
Connecting us is free, but other charges will occur in order to get connected. The Mothership Connect App charges $49 per month, but we will cover Mothership’s 2.5% transactional fees.
What if I have questions or run into an issue with my account or a customer order?
If you have any questions, we have a dedicated customer service team that is more than willing to help you to the best of their ability. Your success is our goal, so we strive to offer you a helpful service that will launch you forward.
How does “Powered by CBD.co” work?
Powered by CBD.co utilizes the Mothership Connect App to create an integrative connection between our Shopify digital store and yours, giving you access to our vast inventory and allowing for shipments to be made at a more expedient pace.
With CBD.co, can I continue to sell my own products on my website?
Yes, you can continue to sell your own products alongside ours. Our connection to your store is simply to boost your inventory, not to completely take it over.
